Pre Pour Slab Inspection

Our experienced inspectors will identify any issues with the construction of your slab before it is poured.

Frame Inspection

We will check the installation of wall frames and trusses against the Building Codes, VBA tolerances, and  the approved structural design.

Pre Plaster Inspection

This inspection will determine any modifications made to your new home’s framework, including checking the installation of various services against the Building Codes and tolerances requirements.

Fixing Inspection

As part of fixing inspection, installation of all internal cladding, architraves, skirting boards, doors, built-in robes, baths, basins, sinks, cabinets and cupboards are checked against the building codes and tolerances requirements.
