Pre Pour Slab Inspection
Our experienced inspectors assess the slab preparation before concrete is poured, identifying any issues with the formwork, reinforcement, and site preparation. This helps ensure the foundation/slab is constructed in accordance with approved plans, building standards, and industry requirements.
Frame Inspection
We will check the installation of wall frames and trusses against the Building Codes, VBA tolerances, and the approved structural design.
Pre Plaster Inspection
The pre-plaster inspection is carried out before wall and ceiling linings are installed. We assess the building frame for any modifications or defects and check that services such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical installations comply with relevant building codes and tolerances before they are concealed.
Fixing Inspection
As part of the fixing inspection, the installation of all internal cladding, architraves, skirting boards, doors, built-in robes, baths, basins, sinks, cabinets and cupboards is checked against the building codes and tolerance requirements.
Final Inspection
The final handover inspection is the most critical stage of your build. We conduct a thorough inspection of all internal and external building elements to identify structural defects, workmanship issues, and incomplete works before handover.
